Dr. Xiuzi Ye
Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ye brings to the Company over 20 years of CAD & CG commercial software development and academic research experiences, and over 6 years software global outsourcing experiences.
Dr. Ye has industry's first class software development experiences in the areas of Geometric Modeling, CAD, Reverse Engineering, Computer Graphics, and Image Processing. He joined SolidWorks Corporation in 1995 – a year after the incorporation of SolidWorks. As a Principal Scientist with SolidWorks, Dr. Ye had witnessed the success of SolidWorks Corporation in all aspects of its business and products.
Dr. Ye is also well known in the CAD &CG academic community. He's a Cheung Kong Chair Professor at College of Computer Science, Zhejiang University, China. He sits currently on the Editorial Board of International Journal of Computer-Aided Design. He has awarded many research projects from governmental and industrial sources.
Dr. Ye obtained his B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics, and M.Sc. in CAD&CG from State Key Laboratory of CAD&CG, both from Zhejiang University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering from Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Design Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA .

Dr. Wei Peng
Chief Operation Officer
Joined the Company in 2004, Dr. Peng brings rich project and product development and management experiences to the Company. He oversees the Company's daily business and product operations. Dr. Peng has extensive mechanical and manufacturing R&D as well as software development experiences, especially in the areas of network cooperative CAD, human computer interaction, and image and graphics. He also has extensive R&D and operation experiences in Internet software.
Dr. Peng received his Ph.D. in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering from Northwestern Polytechincal University, China. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Prof. Xiuzi Ye in the College of Computer Science at Zhejiang University, China. |
Dr. Zhiyang Chen
Vice President of Research and Development
Joined the Company in 2004, Dr. Chen brings rich project outsourcing management experiences to the Company. He is in charge of software development, quality assurance and testing for the Company's global outsourcing business. He has deep technology know-hows in the areas of geometric modeling, digital geometry processing (reverse engineering), CAD system development, as well as software testing. Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Prof. Xiuzi Ye in the College of Computer Science at Zhejiang University, China. |
Qian Chen
Vice President of Administration and Finance
Joined the Company in 2003, Ms. Chen brings multi-years’ experiences to the Company in the areas of administration, finance and human resources. She is in charge of the Company's administration and human resources. She is also responsible for the Company's accounting, finance, investment, and taxation affairs. Ms. Chen received her B.Sc. from Hangzhou University (now part of Zhejiang University), China. |
Dr. Jianhua Wu
Technical Director
After receiving his Ph.D. from Aachen University of Technology, Germany, Dr. Wu joined the Company and was soon promoted as a Technical Director in charge of Geometric Modeling. Dr. Wu has published many research papers and received the “Best Student Paper Award” at EUROGRAPHICS '2004 Conference. He has profound R&D knowledge in the areas of geometry modeling, multimedia processing and mobile computing. |
